Go to your WordPress Dashboard and click Appearance on the left side. You will see Themes under the Appearance tab.

When you click on the Themes tab, You will see your WordPress Active and unused themes over there.

You saw unused themes on step 02, Click on the unused theme and it will come up like this.

Now, it’s time to delete WordPress themes by clicking the “Delete” button on the bottom. and when you click on it, you will see the popup at the top of the page. And after that when you hit “OK”, the theme will be removed.
